Beloved List- Don Mattingly

This generation's most beloved Yankee. Donnie Baseball played during what most Yankee fans like to call the dark ages. He played his best ball during the 80's when the team around him wasn't always so good. He only made it to the playoffs once in his career which just happened to be his last year playing. He left the game due to a back injury but although he never won a championship he will forever be known as a champion to the Yankee fans. Number 23. Don Mattingly
